Here at Fitsom, we teach Z-health skills and drills to empower our clients with the tools they need to tap into their cognitive power and take charge of their breathing, reflex accuracy, movement, and the precision of vision and balance. All the Group Exercise Classes at Fitsom  incorporate Z-health into their program.
