So what exactly do we teach? Basically, self massage techniques that utilize an assortment of tools to help relieve pain, release muscle tension and increase range of motion. After an hour long class, it’s not uncommon to feel peaceful, empowered, and just straight up good. We teach these techniques here at the studio in our Self Care Classes to put you in charge of your own body (and ultimately your life).
