Brand new to Fitsom? This class will give you a sneak peek at our exercise movement patterns. We utilize essential core movements such as the lunge, row, squat, plank, and variations of each. This class was recently added for anyone who is new to Fitsom and any current clients who are looking to fine tune their knowledge. Our goal is for you to always be making progress, whether it’s your first day here or your fourth year.
Each Refine & Refresh class will cover the breakdown of certain movements used in the Group Exercise Classes, starting with their respective SMR and breathing techniques to prepare the body. Think of this as a total body conditioning for optimal performance in the Group Class Setting.
