From the beginning, we knew that Fitsom was far more than fitness. In order to convey that we knew we had to move away from being a gym and into educating our clients on what it means to actually be happy and healthy. Here at Fitsom, we blend many practices and methods into our educational process. We teach our clients how to combat the stressors of everyday life by equipping them with the tools to build mental immunity and remain happy. This involves methods of Self Myofascial Release (SMR), Breathing Techniques, Z-health, and Functional Training to get them out of perpetual fight or flight and back in control of their body, as well as Personal Growth and Giving Back to feed the soul.
