Why Fitsom?

When I first moved to Sacramento I was looking for work and I went to every gym and studio between Davis and el dorado hills. Fitsom stood out because they were doing something that no one else is doing they were training not just the muscles but also the brain.

Favorite Exercise

Pull ups! After I had surgery on my right shoulder I couldn’t do a single pull on an assisted pull-up machine. In reality, I could barely raise my arm to wash my hair in the shower, so I made being able to do a single pull without help my goal. It took me about six month and lots of work on my rehabilitation but I did it.

Biggest Physical Accomplishment

Crossing the sierra Nevada on foot (72 miles) and climbing to the top of the tallest mountain in the continental United States MT. Whitney (14, 505 ft).

Favorite Food

Steak, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans and a great salad! Maybe a glass of wine if needed or as the doctor orders.
