Fitness Background

I have grown up playing a variety of sports yet my idea of what fitness means and how to go about it has drastically changed since being introduced for fitsom

Why Fitsom?

I have been a part of the fitsom community for many years now bearing witness to a constant progression of values very few have been aware of. I was first introduced to fitsom by a friend. Starting here as a client myself, about 4 years ago, I saw the gradual changes from what was once a CrossFit style gym into something much much more. I stuck with them because of their very scientific approach to fitness. We are now a full-blown wellness center for both the body and the mind by applying only evidence-based techniques and taking a holistic view of the human body to gain strength, tensegrity, and an amazing awareness of your mental and physical state.

Biggest Physical Accomplishment

I have played many sports but my biggest physical accomplishment was to become far more connected and aware of my body. Through the application of these techniques on myself, I have been conditioned into a young man with both physical and mental strength. I now have a grip on controlling my anxiety and stress while also making leaps and bounds in my body’s physical state.

I would have to say my favorite food is and a great sandwich.
